Submission & Fees

Before you send us your work, you need to fill out the Pink Eraser Author Interview. This interview gives you a chance to tell us about your expectations for your project, and how you think we can help you reach your goals. Once you have submitted this form, we will contact you about getting started right away.

Once you have filled out the Author Interview and you and Pink Eraser are ready to work together, then you will be ready to choose to submit your work in one of two ways. Either you can e-mail an attached document in Microsoft Word for Windows or in rich text format, or you can mail it. If you want your manuscript returned to you remember to include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your mailing.

All writing should be in the following format:

  1. Manuscript should be printed on 8 x 11 paper (if mailed and not sent electronically)
  2. Text formatting should follow these stylistic parameters:
    • Double-spaced
    • 1" margins
    • 12-point font
    • Standard typeface font (Times New Roman is preferred)
    • Page numbers at bottom of every page
    • Appropriate headings (i.e. chapter titles, or book proposal section headings)

Pink Eraser's fees are negotiated after the Author Interview is completed since projects vary widely; however, they are competitive with the current market prices set by the publishing industry. Rates may be by the hour or per project.
